New to Pilates?
Not sure if Pilates is right for you? Are you unsure if a reformer or mat class is best? Do you have injuries or are you new to exercise? We suggest signing up for our complimentary 25 minute session available to all new clients. You will get to experience a reformer workout and we can help guide you into the appropriate class based on your goals and needs.
Interested in mat classes?
No experience is necessary for our mat classes. If you are new to Pilates or recovering from injuries, we suggest starting with the Pilates Fundamentals or Pilates for osteoporosis. If you want to try a more challenging class, join our Pilates fusion class for a combination of Pilates, yoga and functional movement.
Pilates for Osteoporosis
We offer specially designed classes for anyone dealing with bone density issues like osteopenia and osteoporosis. The classes are designed to be safe for spine issues and help to improve posture, balance and strength. Please contact us for more information.
